How to Apply for Membership to DSMIG-USA

We have created an online membership application process. Here are the steps:

Click on the applicable Membership Category/Level below to activate application
Complete and submit application

Your CV, Resume, or letter of interest must be sent separately to Angela Lombardo
Participation on the Listserv is optional for eligible members Click here to view PDF of Terms Of Agreement.

If the application is filled in correctly, you will receive an acknowledgement statement and invoice.

Your application will be reviewed by the Membership Committee. This process may take 4-6 weeks.

Once approved, a Welcome e-mail is sent with instructions regarding access to Members Only section of site.
